Brown Shoe Company has named Mark Hood as senior vice president and chief financial officer, replacing Andy Rosen who is retiring. Hood was previously senior vice president and CFO of Panera Bread, an American restaurant chain. Rosen will stick around for at least a little while to facilitate the transition.
