Tapestry, Capri scrap plans to merge
Tapestry, the US owner of the fashion brands Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman, has reached an agreement to terminate plans to merge with Capri Holdings, which owns the brands Michael Kors, Versace and Jimmy Choo.
