Deckers sues a Brazilian cybersquatter
Our US sister publication SGI News reports that Deckers Brands, the parent company of Hoka and Teva, has filed a complaint in a federal court in Louisiana against an unnamed Brazilian-based company, accusing it of cybersquatting and infringing its Ahnu trademark.
