Loro Piana wins a court case for shoe patent infringement
A court in the southern Italian city of Bari ordered MNSWR Group, a Lecce-based company that operates the menswear brand Viola Milano, to stop producing, marketing and selling footwear that allegedly infringed on Loro Piana’s copyrights for its Open Walk and Summer Walk shoes.
