Mario Hotz is joining Karl-Heinz Müller as joint managing director of Bread & Butter, which is still insolvent. Hotz, 51, joined the Berlin-based trade fair organizer in March as commercial director, in charge also of finance and controlling. He is described as a management consultant with experience in financial turnarounds.
