Sperry Top-Sider's first New York store opened on Feb. 1 in the city's Flatiron District. In keeping with the brand's nautical flavor, the 1,700-square-foot store has a boathouse-like area where customers can check out the inventory stock. The store sells 100 styles of shoes for men, women and children.
